AAPICAE based in Queensland Australia has always been actively involved in the promotion of cultural exchange between countries. Through promoting Sino-Australian cultural and educational exchange, We become a bridge connecting the two culture, talents and people. With our branch office in China facilitate the development of the exchange programs and events, our Association aims to make it contribution by strengthening the relationship of the two countries through the exchange of culture, art, education and technology between Australia and China.

现为澳中国际文化艺术教育交流促进会副会长，澳洲昆士兰雅韵芳华戏曲艺术社理事，澳洲Sinocrux Group董事。二十一世纪初赴澳大利亚进修深造，被澳洲八大昆士兰大学录取，以优异成绩完成MBA硕士学位。后进入全球著名的零售企业，后创立澳美嘉公司从事中澳贸易行业，之后又因业务拓展需求，开拓以金融服务、会计事务所、以及房地产咨询服务为主的信托。
自幼与艺术结缘，得中国京剧教育史上公认的办学时间最长、造就人才最多、影响最为深远的“富连成社”创始人叶春善之孙叶蓬先生赏识收为徒弟，自九十年代随叶蓬先生学习京剧，其同门师兄为现代著名京剧表演艺术家于魁智。现在致力于澳中传统艺术文化发展和交流活动策划。

He is currently the vice chairman of the Australia-China International Cultural and Art Education Exchange Promotion Association, the director of the Queensland Yayun Fanghua Opera Art Society in Australia, and the director of the Australian Sinocrux Group. At the beginning of the 21st century, he went to Australia for further study and was admitted to University of Queensland and completed MBA graduates with HD results.
Since childhood, he was interested in traditional arts，Peking Opera. His Opera teacher is Mr. Ye Peng. Mr. Ye Peng is famous Peking Opera Artist in China and the grandson of Mr. Ye Chunshan, who was the founder of the "Fu Liancheng Opera Association", who has trained the most talents and has the most far-reaching influence. Roy has been appreciative and accepted as an apprentice since the 1990s by Mr. Ye Peng and his fellow brother is Yu Kuizhi, a famous modern Peking Opera artist. Now Roy is committed to the development and planning of traditional arts and culture exchange activities between Australia and China.
